This Sunday I had an awesome class with a swell Smash Kit! I decided to use the Black Mod Smashbook for this class because the color of the kit is black, gold and silver. If you have ever taken any of my classes, I will have a badge on the right sidebar that will walk you through the instructions.

Don’t be afraid to bling out your page! I remember when I first started, I was so scared to use any other forms of media. I actually used to go to the craft stores and go to the scrapbook section and that’s it! Then I started migrating to the – get this – KIDDIE section! I found the sequens and stars in the “costume” kiddie section. You can also find some adorable smash goods in the wood section and jewelry area. And my favorite and a few of the Smashaolics is that infamous Dollar Bin in Target! You can do some damage in that section!
If you are ever in Vegas, you should really check out my local scrapbook store – Scrappin Time. The ladies there are SO knowledgable! I absolutely love teaching there! I teach there once a month and I really look forward to it every month! I bring over 400+ washi tapes to class for the students to play with and take home samples. There’s times where we are in class and next thing you know – 3 hours have already passed!
